I was a little stressed about moving my glass table and all my dishes, but the movers were so careful and reassuring. They wrapped everything really well, took their time with the breakable stuff, and never made me feel rushed or worried. When we unpacked, nothing was cracked, chipped, or scratched, which was such a relief. Overall, it was a really smooth move, and I genuinely appreciated how calm and thoughtful they were with everything fragile.

The move went fine overall, and the team was nice and got everything done. My only issue was the pricing, I literally didn’t know what to expect at first. Some of the charges made sense once I asked about them, but I wish it had all been explained more clearly upfront. Not a bad experience, just not amazing either.

I’ll admit I usually stick with my go-to brand, so I was a little hesitant to try this one. But it showed up right on time, which I really appreciated. Still deciding if it’ll fully replace my usual favorite, but so far, no complaints.

They moved fast, didn’t stand around, and had everything handled way sooner than I expected. In my head, a smooth move usually means fewer problems later, and that’s exactly how it felt. I used Roadway Moving for a quick move across town, it went well. Better than I expected, really. The crew showed up within the window they gave me, wrapped up my couch and tables, and just got to work. We had stairs too, which I know can be annoying, but they didn’t make a big thing out of it at all.

There was one small box that ended up in the wrong room, but it was such a minor thing, not a big deal. The price was also really close to what I was quoted, which I appreciated because I was kind of expecting some surprise charge, but nope. Overall it was an easy day, easy enough that I’d use them again...

Everything showed up without a single scratch. The movers were really careful with my stuff, that says a lot about their character. If you’re being trusted with someone’s belongings, treating them with respect is the right thing to do, and they definitely did that.

I had to file a claim after my move, and while it did get taken care of eventually, it definitely wasn’t the quickest process. I had to check in a few times and repeat some of the same details, which made it feel more frustrating than it needed to be.
They did respond in the end and offered some help, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience overall. From the tone of the replies, I got the sense they were trying to help, but maybe just a bit backed up or not super organized. I just wish the claims part had been smoother and less stressful.

The form didn’t take long, and then I got a call back later that same day, which was nice because I was kind of expecting to wait longer. The person I talked to was friendly and went over the price, the dates, and what was included, oh, and I liked that they didn’t make it feel super confusing. I did end up waiting on hold for a bit at one point, which was annoying, but not a huge deal. Overall, the booking part felt clear and not stressful. Now I’m just hoping the actual move goes just as smoothly.

They had a few time slots available, which definitely helped. The move itself went fine, so it’s not even about that. It was more the scheduling side that felt a little frustrating, changing the date was harder than I expected, and replies were slow. Overall, everything got done, just not as flexible as I was hoping for...

The movers were friendly and easy to deal with, which I definitely appreciated. That said, they left behind some dust and little bits of tape here and there after everything was unloaded. Not a huge deal, but who wants to clean up right after moving? The truck looked fine overall, though it probably could’ve been a bit cleaner too.
